Muzikant till Fusion band?

Hi,
are you interested in building up a fusion group in the style of Frank Mccomb, Nickolas Payton, Ramsey Lewis etc?
I am a (nonprofessional) bassist 50+ and would like to initiate ( or join) a band in this direction. I like a lot to groove and the complexity of the style and would like to start with 2 or 3 engaged hobby musicians slowly building up a repertoire within weekly rehearsals.
